The 2015 Vonkouver Terrorist Attack was a terrorist attack carried out by the NNM which occurred on April 20th 2015, in Vonkouver, Shops Island. 524 people were killed and over 1000 were injured, making it the second worst attack on Shopper soil in Shops' history. This event ultimately drew Shops into the Antarctic War on Terrorism.
History[edit]
The NNM had always hated Shops Island, ever since Shops' figurehead role in the Fall of Nexon, which led to the downfall of the High Empire of Nexon.
At the time, the NNM was a main fighting force against the countries of Antarctica in the Antarctic War on Terrorism. Shops Island was a powerful country which had just mobilized much of its military to liberate Planet 1984, so it became obvious that the Shopper War Machine was awaking. To deter and to scare the Shoppers from joining the war, the NNM decided to take preemptive action.
An NNM terrorist went into Vonkouver's bustling city center, where there were thousands at any given moment. He detonated a homemade bomb with the explosive capability of five tons of TNT. Many people were killed or injured in the initial blast, but there was more to come. The blast had also affected buildings in the direct vicinity, and so they started to crumble and then collapse, killing and injuring hundreds more. When it was all said and done, over 500 were killed and more than 1000 Shoppers were injured.

Reactions[edit]
- Shops Island - President Lavender reacted to the attack immediately by stating that Shops Island could no longer stand idle to terrorist aggression. He ordered the mobilization of the Shopper military to assist in the war on terror. He sent his deepest condolences to all those killed in the attacks.
NNM - The NNM took responsibility for the attacks, and said that they would continue to attack its enemies to "bring forth the rebirth of the High Empire of Nexon" and to "avenge Emperor Octavian".- Snowiny - Snowinian king Robert Smith spoke publicly and condemned the attacks, and sent his condolences to those killed and injured.
- USA - President Spike Hike sent his best wishes to the attack's victims.
- Culldrome Isles - Supreme leader Steven Snowen condemned the attacks, and urged Shops Island to do more for the war on terror as a result of the attack.
Aftermath[edit]
After the attacks, Shops Island mobilized its troops to help end the Antarctic War on Terrorism. Shops sent all military personnel and equipment that weren't in combat on Planet 1984. Shops' entrance into the war helped bring the conflict to a much quicker end.
