The 2016 Second Acadia Congress was a Western Union congress in Acadia. Similar to the 2015 Second Winsburg Congress, whose purpose was to welcome the then new entrants into the Union, this congress was meant to welcome Lys and Tropicalis. Other issues such as the ongoing Antarctic War on Terrorism, trade, economy, and military were also discussed.
