The Antarctican Pelican Establishment (also known as APE or Pelicanistan) is a pelican-run terrorist organisation based on the Amery Ice Shelf. Its main goal is to break down the Antartican penguin culture, often referred to as "the South".

Origins[edit]
The Pelicans inhabited southern Australia originally, however found that the Antarctican sphere of influence was encroaching on their humble land - especially with the sending of many penguin colonists so Australian shores. A rogue group of pelicans decided to set sail to Antarctica themselves, in an attempt to colonise themselves.
When arriving, their view on the penguins was low, so low that they deemed it immoral and sinful towards Pelicanism. When news was reported back to Australia that there was a sinning culture across the ocean, plans were started to disintergrate the penguins. A colony was established in the remote Amery Ice Shelf. Little in the way of villages were created because there was a large focus on factories to mass-produce weapons and technologies to aid their mission to claim Antarctica for themselves, and "to wipe the filthy penguins off the face of the world".
Early attacks[edit]
The Pelicans wanted to keep a low profile, and many of the factories were in fact subterranean and out of foreign view. Penguin authorities were suspicious of the pelican colonies and sent scouts on a monthly basis to inspect on the towns. After noticing these inspections, the pelicans began to ambush the scouts.
