Bloomering is a popular cable TV channel of Antarctica, owned by Snowball TV. It was founded as a block on Penguin Network in 1992, but it became a separate channel on April 1st, 2000. It shows older cartoons and shows not shown on the PN anymore, shows from PGM, Hannah-Umbrella, Penguin Network and Mardor Bros. Animations studios.

• The Puffy-Doo Saturday - A Saturday each month when all kinds of Puffy-Doo shows are shown 2 in a row, with another show in the middle (E.g. 'Puffy-Doo, Where Are You?' - 'The Puffy-Doo Show' - 'The Snowstones' - 'The New Puffy-Doo Show' - 'Puffy-Doo and Spaffy-Doo'). (Even the ones that don't regularly air, like 'Puffy-Doo, Where Are You?' and 'The 13 Ghost-Penguins of Puffy-Doo'.)
• The Bloomering Cinema - A 1½ hour block every Wednesday and Sunday evening when all kinds of different full-length movies are show.
• Pengunito - A block dedicated to smaller chicks, 0-6, where learning shows and other fun little chick-shows are shown.
