Blue Pengu 7 is a fun penguin who is usually is dark blue or light blue. He often wears blue things, and rarely a dragon costume.
History[edit]
On June 20th, 1996, Blue Pengu 7 hatched along with his 2 brothers Dumpy Pengu (5 seconds after him), Pengu45710 (10 Seconds after him) and sister Woody Pengu (1 day after her). Blue Pengu 7 was home educated by his dad (which is why he is so smart).
