Boltic Sea

The Boltic Sea is a pseudo-sea for the nations in the Boltic Council, it consists of parts of 2 different official seas, the Shops Sea, owned by Shops Island (Only Freezestonia is a part) and the Sealien Sea, owned by the Seal Islands (Only Pengvia, Frosthuania and Suome are a part). The sea is not owned by any nation and is only there to connect the states/colonies part of the Boltic Council.
