CPD (Club Penguin Department) is a group that is trying to destroy the PDC and "Make CP Great Again."
How it came to be[edit]
Just after the Party Development Center got their "New Leader," this group of fun-extractors on the CP began. Polo Field (when he was staff) was walking around the street, when he saw a tiny riot of penguins protesting about the new, horrible parties. A rock hit Polo Field on the head, and he asked the penguin why he did it. The penguin (moreover the group) was from the PDC. He said the "New Leader" was to make horrible parties to destroy all of the mods of the CP for good. That's how it began.
It went on steadily (and to plan) for 3 years when Polo Field was taken ill. He had terrible pains in his flipper (maybe all that typing emails to the Party Development Center?) and he said he was going to resign. A penguin who was from the Party Development Center whispered to himself "Ugh, more bad parties I HAVE to make :(". Megg is planning to marry so she can have an heir who can lead the CPD on and on an on, straight until the PDC lost their imaginations and cease.
