Background[edit]
The CPF was made when one devoted cow from the Cow Dimension, was tired of his friends turning into cheeseburgers and rescued everyone on the farm and took off into the sky. And the CPF was born. Now they are devoted to saving people both penguins and cows.
Involvement[edit]
The CPF are a police force of cows that save people from crimes.
