Please vote here for the Featured Article of the Month.

From the first day of each month to the last day of each month, users can nominate articles (up to two), and at the same time, vote for the two they think should be the Featured Article for that month! Though, if you nominate an article, that is counted as a vote. Then, on the first day of each month, the votes get counted and the FAOTM is announced on [MONTH] the 1st and will stay Featured Article of the Month until the last day of the month. The winning article will get the templates {{FAOTM}} and {{Fa}}, will be displayed on the Main Page as the Featured Article of the Month, and will be added to the FAotM Archive. Once an article has won this title, it may not be nominated ever again. This way, we can continuously pick the articles that the public likes, rather than only choosing HQAs. Each user can vote twice, for different articles (so, not to votes for the same article).

Up to 12 articles are allowed to be nominated each month (overall, not by one user), this is to prevent overflowing. There should be a minimum of 2 entries competing against each other. If, for some reason, there is only one entry posted without competition, it wins the vote. If there are two or more entries that are equally tied at the end of the month (even if the tie is no votes whatsoever), the first one to break the tie is the winner. If no entries are posted for that month, there is no winner, and the Main Page must continue to show the Featured Article from last month. If an entry does not win after three different tries/months and little effort is made to improve it, it is not allowed to be renominated for another 6 months.
