Club Penguin Fanon Wiki:Final Solution/2013

Due to a Request by TurtleShroom, we will NOT be doing the Final Solution. It is TERMINATED.

Hello, Club Penguin Fanon Wiki users. Many of you have joined relatively recently, thus you have probably never heard of the Final Solution since most of our original users have already quit.

Basically, this Final Solution will mass delete ALL Stubs and Low Quality Articles on the Wiki. We do this for two reasons:

1. To reduce the amount of junk we have here.

2. To scare users into making better quality work that is not half hearted. This will help to improve work ethic. (Hopefully)

So how are we going do to this? Read Below.

Plan

We will divide this process into three major phases that will be done over a course of time. We must get everything done before this summer ends. Proposed deadlines will be listed.

Phase 1

In Phase 1, we will be tagging articles. Basically, ALL Admins, Bureaucrats, and Rollbacks will have the responsibility of tagging articles as Stubs, Low Quality Articles, Average (Medium) Quality Articles, or High Quality Articles, UNLESS ALREADY DONE SO. (Stories are an exception). Phase 1 must be done as soon as possible so that we can QUICKLY move onto Phase 2, which is the longest.

Tagging may begin IMMEDIATELY.

Phase 2

Phase 2 will be our "Improvement" period. Starting during Phase 1, users whose articles have been tagged stubs and/or Low Quality Articles will be given time to improve and expand their articles if they which. They may also decide to request their stubs deleted if they wish, or they could redirect it to any relevant page, etc. Articles that are not improved to the Average Quality Article standards are automatically forfeited when the deadline arrives and will be deleted. We also request that redlinked articles also be fixed. For those who are unaware of what a redlink is, a redlink is this.

Phase 2 will have a deadline. Currently, July 5th has been chosen to be the deadline for Phase 2. Anyone who objects to this may vote in the project's talk page.

Phase 3

Phase 3 will be when Staff, Bureaucrats, and Admins will be asked to completely delete all articles that are in the Stub and Low Quality Article categories. More users may be temporarily promoted to help out.

These articles in this page will be deleted if not improved to MQA standards by 5th July 2013
