Scouts

Scouts research Club Penguin bloggers/YouTubers and report to a Negotiator. They find an appropriate Club Penguin reporter, and see if they are worthy to be a partner.

Requirements: An extensive knowledge of Club Penguin YouTubers and bloggers.

Negotiator

Negotiators contact the Club Penguin reporter, and they ask if they want to be a partner. The deal is usually that they make a blog/video about the wiki, and we advertise them on the mainpage, and the sidebar.

Requirements: An email with the acronym "CPFW" in it. For example: CPFWHF@gmail.com

Council members

Council members vote on whether or not the applicant should become a partner. There will be two councils, one for the Fanon and one for the CPW. Each council will consist of a Fanon user, a staff member, and a CPW user.

Requirements: Maturity and a good sense of integrity.
