Context on Changes

I changed these because me and CK agreed that we have too many categories and not enough users. Some of them were removed either because of redundancy or the fact that no one voted for them, and others due to the fact that they can be consolidated into a diff. category.

Classic Users/Retired users, for example, were removed since you can just include them into the overall user award.

We found these to be a terrible method of voting, since, in addition to our low userbase, probably a majority of them wouldn't do much. My original idea was much simpler, but after seeing the vote page actually filled with half decent material, I decided to combine the two.

In addition, I removed all mentions of New X or Y (beside Users) because they can be just as easily included into the Article's categories. I want to consult people the difference between meta and regular articles, considering that a few regular articles seemed to have slipped in there. In that case, I should probably rename it to regular article.

A forgotten An unexpected trip will not allow me to separate the award images from each other from the larger files. Can someone please do this for me? That'd be great. If not, I have a very less flashy alternate solution, but as Fobby said, "It IS a special event! And this sparkly, flashy dress (AWARD IMAGES) is completely necessary!
