Excuse me for asking, but I'm still new and how many bytes does an article have to have to become an UQA? --Mr Cow2 (talk) 00:35, 9 October 2015 (UTC)
- No real guideline, but my basic criteria are:
- Countries - 50k+ bytes
- Characters - 30k+ bytes
- Stories - ~200k bytes
- Other articles - 35k+, depends on quality of content

Thank you. As of today, my article, Mr Cow2, stand only at 3,671 bytes. Oh boy, this'll take a while. --Mr Cow2 (talk) 00:43, 9 October 2015 (UTC)
- Also remember that the connection of the article to the rest of the wiki/its relevancy are also a factor in if an article is a UQA or not. Using my criteria, I could easily make Brook Edward LasVegas into 30k bytes, but I still wouldn't consider it a UQA just because it's not well-known or significant to the whole of continuity. --

- I also think that you should add images to the UQA candidate. It gives us an image of what your character is about. And agreeing with bro on the connection and "bytes" requirement. -Wonderweez (Talk · Contribs) 01:44, 9 October 2015 (UTC)
- My criteria isn't based on bytes specifically; I compare articles to existing UQAs such as USA and DJ Crow and base it more on information, paragraphs and general length-of-scrolling of the page. --
