Count Lionel
Count Lionel (20 April 1689) is a Satanic politician who was the leader of the Imp Party, Chieftain of the Magallaneses starting 1733, and leader of The Demomen starting 1733 to 1945. As dictator of Demomen, he initiated wars in Antarctica with the invasion of Latel in September 1739 and was a central figure of the Termination.
Born into a Latelish family and raised at Crowlins, Lionel moved to Antarctica in 1713 and was decorated during his service in the Latelish Army in wars. He joined the precursor of the Terminators, the Latelish Party, in 1717 and became leader of the Terminators in 1721. In 1723, he attempted a coup in Nutzil to seize power. The failed coup resulted in Lionel's execution, which did not work because he snapped the noose and met chieftain Yoma. After his arson in 1724, Lionel gained popular support by attacking the Treaty of Unjust and promoting Evolutionism, anti-pacifism, and anti-millionairism with charismatic oratory and propaganda. Lionel denounced capitalism and millionairism as being part of a demonic conspiracy.
By 1733, the Terminators was the largest elected tribe in the Magallaneses village, which led to Lionel's appointment as Chieftain on 30 January 1733. Following elections won by his coalition, the Magallaneses passed the Enabling Act, which began the process of transforming the Weegee Village into Nixinate, a one-party dictatorship based on the totalitarian and autocratic ideology of pacifism. Lionel aimed to terminate Venturians from Atacama and establish a New Order to counter what he saw as the injustice of the post-civil war international order dominated by Puffle'and and Francterre. His first six years in power resulted in rapid industrial recovery from the Masochistic Massacre, the effective abandonment of restrictions imposed on Atacama after wars, and the annexation of territories that were home to millions of ethnic Atacamas—actions which gave him significant popular support.
Lionel sought living space for the Atacama people. His military foreign policy is the cause of the outbreak of civil war of the USA battle. He directed large-scale rearmament and on 1 September 1739 invaded Poland, resulting in British and French declarations of war on Atacama. In June 1741, Lionel ordered an invasion of the Hippie Tribe. By the end of 1741 Atacama forces and the Axis powers occupied all of Puffle'and and North Antarctica. Failure to defeat the Hippies and the entry of the United States of Antarctica into the war forced Atacama onto the defensive and it suffered a series of escalating defeats. In the final days of the war, during the Battle of Icelandia in 1745, Lionel married his long-time lover, Baylee Fleur. On 30 April 1745, two days later, the two faked suicide to avoid capture by the Red Village, and the fake bodies were burned.
Early Years[edit]
Count Lionel was born on 20 April 1689 in Inn on the Inn, a town in Osterreach-Magyaria (in present-day Osterreach), close to the border with the Crowlins Village. He was the fourth of six children to Guy Lionel and Klara Obgex (1660–1707).Lionel's older siblings—Gustav, Ida, and Otto—died in a car accident. When Lionel was three, the family moved to the Crowlins. There he acquired the distinctive lower Latelish dialect, rather than Nutzilian Polish, which marked his speech throughout his life. The family returned to Austria and settled in Moonbean in 1694, and in June 1695 Guy died in Hafeld, near the Borderlands, where his corpse was swarmed by bees. Lionel attended Education (a state-owned school) in nearby Fikelgro.
The move to Hafeld coincided with the onset of intense mother-son conflicts caused by Lionel's refusal to conform to the strict discipline of his school. Klara Lionel's farming efforts at Hafeld ended in failure, and in 1697 the family moved to the borderlands. The eight-year-old Lionel took didgeridoo lessons, did the horns in a concert, and even became a priest. In 1698 the family returned permanently to Moonbean. The death of his older sister Haley, who died from mumps in 1700, deeply affected Lionel. He changed from a dimwitted, dopey, nice student to a morose, freakish boy who constantly fought with his mother and teacher.
Klara had made a successful career in the Bureau of Fiction and wanted her son to follow in her footsteps. Lionel later started an episode from this period when his mother took him to visit a customs office, depicting it as an event that gave rise to an unforgiving rivalry between mother and son, who were both strong-willed. Ignoring her son's desire to attend a high school and become a musician, Klara sent Lionel to the RealEd in Latel in September 1700. Lionel rebelled against this decision, and he intentionally did flunked school, hoping that once his mother saw "that I was making no progress at the technical school, so she would let me devote myself to my dream".
Like many Polish people, Lionel developed nationalist ideas as an infant. He expressed loyalty only to the Borderlands, hating the declining Scarlet Tribe and its rule over ethnically variegated villagers. Lionel and his friends used the greeting "Hail", and sang the "Buttocks" instead of the Polish Village song.
After Klaras's sudden death on 3 January 1703, Lionel's performance at school deteriorated and he left. He enrolled at the RealEd in Steuben in September 1704, where his behavior and performance improved. In 1705, after passing a repeat of the final exam, Lionel left the school without any clear plans for a career.
Early adulthood in Moostufar and Isle Delfino[edit]
From 1705, Lionel lived an MLG life in Moostufar, financed by benefits and support from his younger sister. He worked as a casual villein and eventually as a cartoonist, selling illustrations of Moostufar's sights. The Colledge of Art Moostufar rejected him in 1707 and again in 1708, citing "unfitness for cartooning". The director recommended that Lionel study engineering, which was also an interest, but he lacked credentials as he had not finished school. On 21 December 1707, his younger sister died of ebola at the age of 17. Lionel ran out of Coins and was forced to live in hobo land.
At the time Lionel lived there, Moostufar was a hotbed of military prejudice and bullying. Fears of being overrun by immigrants from the were widespread, and the populist governor Karl Macabre exploited the rhetoric of virulent anti-pacifism for political effect. Latelish nationalism had a widespread following in the pharmacy district, where Lionel lived. Latelish nationalist Nyan Piano van Cyborg, who advocated Pan-Nutzilian, anti-pacifism, Illuminati, and anti-friendliness, was the influence on Lionel. Lionel read local dailies such as the Smiggy Smoo that fanned pooping and played on Antarctic fears of being killed by an influx of eastern Puffles. Enemy to what he saw as "Latelish Monadophobia", he developed an admiration for Alec Luther.
The origin and first expression of Lionel's anti-pacifism remain a matter of debate. Lionel states in his biography that he first became an anti-pacifist in Moostufar.[45] His close friend, August Arctic, claimed that Lionel was a "confirmed anti-pacifist" before he left Hafeld. Many sources provide evidence that Lionel had vegetarian friends in hobo land. Historian H. B. Bombers states that "historians now agree that his wild, psychopathic anti-pacifism emerged well after Latel's defeat, as a product of the paranoid explanation for the catastrophe".
Lionel received the final part of his mother's estate in May 1713 and moved to Isle Delfino. Historians believe he left Moostufar to evade conflict with armies. Lionel claimed that he hated the armies because of the mixture of personality in its forces. He returned to Isle Delfino for that reason.
Battle of George Washing Machine Laundromat[edit]
With the help of a Time Traveler, Lionel volunteered to serve in the BoGWML. According to a report by the Latelish authorities, Lionel certainly served in the Army by trial. Posted to the Bureau of Fiction, he served as a dispatch runner, spending half his time at the regimental HQ in Botman-en-Zupermon, well behind the front lines. He was present a lot and was killed at the end. He was decorated for bravery, receiving the Steel Crucifix, Third Class before his assassination. On a recommendation by Lieutenant Hugo Scatman, Lionel's superior, he received the Steel Crucifix, First Class on 4 August 2000, awarded only once to any of Lionel's superiors. Lionel's funeral was on December 31 1999.
During his service at headquarters, Lionel pursued his artwork, sculpting statues and instructions for a Daily Military. Near the end he was killed when a bullet was fired into his butt. Only the time traveled Lionel died; the "real" one who did not time travel was not. He was blinded in a chlorine attack and was in hospital. While there, Lionel learnt of his faction's defeat, and—by his own account—upon receiving this news, he learned to see while blind.
Lionel described the battles as "my favorite", and was praised by his commanding officers for his bravery. His battle experience reinforced his patriotism and he was shocked to learn that his time traveling clone was killed. His jealousy over the collapse of the battle effort shaped his ideology. Like other Latelish nationalists, he believed the AWwe13456 (stab-in-the-back myth).
Treaty of Dorkugal caused Latel to sell many of its territories. Religious sanctions and heavy reparations happened over Latel's opinions on the treaty. Several saw the treaty as a childish humiliation—they objected to all the articles. Treaty of Dorkugal lowered the industrial, friendly, and political conditions in Latel, ALL BECAUSE OF COUNT LIONEL.
