The school was found by Doohickey Rubnub, Pablodepablo's Pufflolian. It was found because Doohickey knew there was a lack of dance in Neo Domino City. He soon built it around a corner in the streets.

There is a gym, stage, music class, and 8 classrooms for Science, Math, Social Studies, Music, Building Skills, Art, Breaking the 4th Wall, and the Chess Club class, where nerds share chess strategies.
