"Tyrants, like Hell, are not easily conquered!" - Davis Finley

Davis Finley is the protagonist and leader of Finn's Army. Finley is an unfair, joyful, and eccentric commodore who commands Finn's Army in the country of York. He is an Everlasting Source worker for Hotlan's restaurant, a duty he is exceptionally skilled. Finley lacks knowledge and is a constant offence to everyone around him (namely Casper Edwin), but he is extremely goodnatured.

Description

Davis Finley is a cute penguin, and is bright peach. When younger, he was wider further down and gets skinnier near the top. However, his recent appearance is entirely lean. Finley has large brown eyes, a curved beak, a large mouth with four prominent front buck teeth, and dimples. He typically wears a torn suit with a red tie, leather boots, and blue pants with a black belt. While working at the Hotlan Restaurant, as a uniform. Finley sometimes sleeps naked. Though Finley has always had the same voice, it has changed; his voice is lower than normal when younger, and six years later his voice gets higher-pitched. In addition, Finley never passed Driving School.

Personality

Finley is a cool, abnormal, mature, fun loving and hyperactive character with a happy-go-lucky personality. He is a super determined person, and will never stop at anything to accomplish a task. He is also a little dramatic to the people who are kind to him, for example, to the mailmain. He is also confident. He shows his devious side when getting Roberto and Storbort to work together. He makes mountains out of molehills, such as forgetting his middle name.

Finley is extremely kind and innocent, and never acts openly mean to anyone, even his enemies. He is an extremely selfless and loyal person towards those close to him. Despite his well-meaning intentions, Finley's actions always offend and cause trouble for those around him, notably his accomplice Casper Edwin.

Finley can become scared and always panics when frightened. He is afraid of what is in the dark and snakes. He also hates burning. Occasionally, SpongeBob is ignorant and doesn't notice impending danger and his under-worldly thinking puts others in peril. He also cannot detect lies or malice information unlike the other characters, due to his naive nature.

Finley's innocence also makes him trusting and extremely gullible, and he is manipulated by people who intend to use him, such as Edwin, Roberto and Storbort; noticeably, he is always fooled by Storbort no matter how bizarre or his disguises are. Even though he is generally good-natured and easygoing, when offended and furious, SpongeBob can be malicious, terrible, and hateful to his friends, even Roberto, his godfather. Ironically, Ewin is the only character that Finley never harms when he is furious; with only five exceptions.

Although Finley has many friends, and several of the citizens of the always treat him friendly, all citizens of York have been shown to have some degree of hatred for him. A holiday called "National No SpongeBob Day" has been started by the citizens of York. As its name implies, it is an entire day dedicated to getting away from Finley, where the people leave for the day. Even Revere goes, stating that everyone needs at least one day away from his rule. In the ceremony, they build a giant wood effigy, burn it down, and pose on the ashes. Finn is honored, as he was the inspiration for the holiday.

Crimes

Finley is intelligent and his crimes do not excuse him at all, including offence.

• He helped Mr. Roberto create a tainted fruit to kill the calorie counter. They both thought the calorie counter was a killer and put the fruit in the nastiest things.
• He made fun of Gob by calling him stupid. Even though he promised Gob that he would say no more jokes, he broke the promise. He also told Gob that people would be laughing with him, but they would actually laugh at him. However, this stopped once Gob became brainless and shot Finley.
• He and Edwin got lost in a white background while delivering a burger. They both dying; however, Finley repeatedly refuses to let Edwin eat, though they would both die without it.
• He beat up Roberto out of fury and wildness and screamed at him.
• He and Revere trespassed and scared everyone, and burned Roberto.
• Edwin went to his party when his cables were cut by Finley.
• He got extremely worried that Edwin would win the "Most Likely to Rule Hotlan" award, hence sabotages Edwin (making him want to to get it, as he did not care about it in the beginning). Finally, they both were exhausted and called a truce. However, they destroyed the Hotlan from their "work." It then exploded from making too much food thus customers ate them free.
• He cuts down Edwin's tree, and puts up decorations on Edwin's house even though Edwin said not to.
• He sent Edwun up in the sky even though Edwin said not too. However, this was because he thought that Edwin was still dead, due to his naive nature.
• He kidnapped people, who would not help him, to help him save Gob. That is illegal because he kidnapped them.
• He offended an employee by singing. He also hid a store past open hours and could have been robbing the store.
• He forced Edwin to eat a Daegugh by handcuffing himself to Edwin.
• He tricked the lifeguard into thinking he was dying, but it was a prank.
• He used the "F Word", along with Larry. (Sounding like animal noises)
• He, along with Revere, Roberto, and Edwin made fun of Gob when he could not do things they could because he was unable.
• He and Larry drove Edwin to suicide by asking so many questions. They also broke into the big house and broke out Edwin.
• He ruthlessly took what he wanted and drove everyone from the beach.
• He ruthlessly harmed Roberto (while drunk) because Roberto did not make him the colonist of Dagobah.
• He harmed everybody who made him fail.
• He burned up Larry's license and ate it.
• Edwin had to go through the torture chamber that Finley made to find his wonders.
• He harmed his pet, Willy, for "bullying" Fluffle, when it is actually Fluffle who is bullying Willy.
• He created a new nation called Bespin which proves to better than Hotlan. He forces Roberto and Storbort to work together to get the Everlasting Source. When they finally do, they find out it was not real. Finley reveals that he was the one who created Bespin to get them to work together, which got him in war by a furious Roberto and Storbort.
• After taking the blame for all of Bro's mistakes, he finally exploded at both Roberto and Bro when he saw that the Source was broken by Bro.

Malice

• He helped Roberto poison the calorie counter and bury his body after murdering him.
