The di Tremezzo Family is a family of puffles from the city of Tremezzo, Liguria. The Tremezzo Family is only known for being the founders of the town that lies along the shores of Lago di Lario, thus called di Tremezzo, which is Italian for "From Tremezzo" or "Of Tremezzo".

- Pufficus of Paphos (Ποφακος της Πάφου) - the oldest descendant of the di Tremezzo Family, and the father of Formosus. Pufficus is known for being the hero of Snowprus and the destroyer of the Babbelonian Empire with Omicron of Paphos, a penguin who would become the ancestor of the Three Masters.
- Formosus di Tremezzo - The Founder of the city of Tremezzo and the first in the family to use the name.
