Dominion was the name of a revolutionary effort led by EDFan and a small group of his friends, the self-proclaimed 'Gem Pirates.'

Prologue[edit]

Leopold: "I am cutting off my ties with you, EDFan. These are desperate times for my country, and you're just not helping!"

EDFan sighed, and disconnected the Holotable. He walked towards one of the nearby windows, overlooking Bridgeport. King Leopold had been on his case for two months now. The Bloodstone Archipelago was suffering a major government collapse, all because of it's tyrant. Leopold was a stubborn ruler, and never admitted that his country needed help. Ed Island was the only remaining connection the Isles had with the rest of the Antarctic. And they just cut their ties.

EDFan12345: "Well, that went better than expected. At least he didn't do it here, threatening me with a Knicicle. Again. Well, he wouldn't get very far anyways. Say, Davis; how many islands does the Isle contain? Habituated ones." He asked his assistant.

Davis: "Thirty-one, sir. Fourty-four including the uninhibited ones. Most of them only have small communities on them; eight have large cities, and nineteen have smaller towns." He said, reading off of a data screen. "Let me guess, you're planning on invading, and taking out King Leopold, without being caught?"

EDFan: "You know me too well. Get Parisa on the line. I have a question for her. She's the only one I know with access to Gem Technology."

Davis: "Gem technology?"

EDFan: "Most airships are powered by gasoline, oil, steam, or electric power. Recently, breakthroughs have been made when Zollium; or Zol Crystals, were discovered. Luckily, her father owns a mine in lesser Eastshield, and she happened to get her flippers on a dozen or so of them. As the crystals have a natural ability to store and release energy, she used them to power two of her airships."

Davis simply nodded, and began typing on a small keyboard. Within moments, the holographic appearance of Parisa appeared on the table.
