Doctor Gary Stu Peng, or more commonly called Dr. Peng, also called The King of Pengs, the hero of Snowzerland, the Financial Supporter of Swiss Ninja, and nicknamed "Everyone's friend" is the world's most Best Mary Sue/Gary Stu in the world. He is Swiss Ninja's financial supporter and is the only reason Snowzerland is still around in the first place. If you hate Mary Sues then I advise you to not read this article, since this is the most best (worst) mary sue in all of the CPFW. He is the perfect example of a Mary Sue, so you new users just remember not to make your characters like this......

Doctor Gary Stu Peng was born of a wealthy family in South Pole City. His parents spoiled him and the world to him seemed always happy, and still thinks that way today. Doctor Peng was the first to sponsor Swiss Ninja's plans to create the UCSN, later Snowzerland. Swiss Ninja gave him a beautiful castle in return, and Doctor Peng had also mary sued his new home with unbelieveable things. Although Snowzerland is in debt with the USA, Dr. Peng could repay the debt to the USA any time, but SN doesn't want him to, so Dr. Peng lives in paradise.
