Drake1313 is a penguin in UnitedTerra that was found by the parliament to run the newly found state, (to be added) - he has a part-time job as a DJ. Before running (state name), he worked full-time in the Night Club. He was mentored by fellow disc-jokey, DJ Crow while there, and was introduced to Ninjinian and the government.

Background[edit]
Drake1313 was born on September 13, 1993 and was left with his brother "Braxtoon". When the foster home got full they decided they couldn't take care of another chick (they had many before Drake1313), and Ninjinian got a place to stay in the foster home for about 2 months, but then Ninjinian left to discover UnitedTerra. After, he found the foster home again when he was five years old he stayed with them for a couple of more years until he wasn't a chick anymore. Before the foster home left him, they had bought a puffle for him called Jessred, and Drake1313 loved Jessred a lot. He came to Club Penguin (known as Penguin Island) when he was 13 years old in 2001 - and had taken a full-time job as a disc-jokey in the Night Club, meeting DJ Crow and Cadence while at it, who mentored him the arts of music too. He would listen to Crow's radio station, Crow FM but didn't participate. Before that, he had arranged to fly to Club Penguin, saying goodbye to the foster home and taking Jessred. Jessred ran
He had rented an igloo with the small salary he got every week. After living a year in Club Penguin, he was still upset about losing Jessred. Soon he went into the woods to catch some fish after running out of groceries, and while there he saw a crowd cheering a puffle all. He saw them chanting his puffle's name, Jessred. She had turned quite popular after many were amazed of her glorious stunt of her jumping out of the plane with no parachute. He found out that every Sunday the penguins would come to the woods to see her do stunts. She had been living in the woods with other puffles the whole time.
