The East Apex is a small town and military school founded by Puffish generals and soldiers during the reign of their Colonial Antarctica. It was a minor school until the Revolutionaries took over it during the Colonial Antarctica, when it became a major Revolutionary training center. Its is most famous for it's former leader, Jong Arnold, who attempted to give the college back to the Loyalists and Puffish military but was caught and exiled.
