Fantarctic Four
The Fantarctic Four are a group of super penguins who explore all over the world and space. However, they also use their powers to fight supervillains. The members are Mr. Fantarctic, Invisible Penguin, Avian Torch, and the Freak.

The Fantarctic Four were friends who became astronauts. One day, when they were exploring cosmic radiation in space there was a containment breach and they were caught in the storm. This gave them super powers.
At first they were frightened of their powers, and had a hard time controlling them. Reed's body could stretch into many shapes and sizes, Susan dissappeared, Johnny was on fire and Ben was covered in a rocky exterior. They ran a bunch of tests on themselves to make sure they were alright. Eventually they managed to control their powers and saved people from a natural disaster giving them a good public appearance.

Reed Reindeer/Mr. Fantarctic[edit]
Mr. Fantarctic is the leader of the team. He is a Reindeer from the Arctic who went to the Antarctic for college. He is a prodigy and has many disciplines in different scientific fields. He can stretch himself in many different forms.
Susan Snow/Invisible Penguin[edit]
Susan Snow is tough and headstrong. She is very protective of her friends, and won’t hesitate to fight anyone who attacks her. In addition to becoming invisible, she can project powerful force fields with many uses.
Johnny Snow/Avian Torch[edit]
Johnny is Susan’s younger brother. He is quite immature, although still intelligent to pass the tests to be an astronaut. He has the ability to set himself in flames, throw fireballs, and fly.
Ben Swim/The Freak[edit]
Ben Swim is a Weddell Seal. He was a very good swimmer, in additon to being an intelligent astronaut, and was popular with people. However, after his accident, he became covered in a rocky exterior, which made many penguins more afraid of him then they were. However, he has earned their respect by doing his heroics.

- They are part of The Defenders, although they miss out on a lot of mission since they are exploring so often.
