The flag of Most Serene Democratic Republic of the Azili, Johannes and Samuels, as dictated by Rule 634 of the Constituition of the Most Serene Democratic Republic. The yellow represents modern Azili tribes, who resemble Northern Rockhopper Penguins, while the green represents the Samuelians, a conglomerate of tribes hailing from current-day Southern Pengolia. The red formerly represented MAI, who was predominantly red in its culture, although not communist. After MAI exited the state, it was later meant to represent other groups who often used red as their colour.
