Edited in PowerPoint. Played around with WordArt and eventually used Outright Televism as the font. For the words "Maritime Station", I used the "Can Up" word transformation. For the logo, it is actually the letter 'C' with a "Circle" transform, and then flipped it to the right. Some playing around and original ideas makes a good logo all right.
