Warrentless Holyberden wiretapping in action. Conducted by a private company for private gains, such wiretapping is illegal, but Holyberden does it anyway. This is the very beginning of such a procedure.

TurtleShroom has been known to do field work himself. Here, he is using some modified EPF gear and a few common tools (note the screwdriver) to remove a phone jack. The hole in the wall is going to contain the wiretap recording console (the little box with wires), and then the phone jack will be placed back, and the victim will never know he's being monitored. One wire leads to the rest of the igloo's phone, and the other wire leads to the system designed to transmit the wiretap data to appropriate Holyberden systems.
