An explanation for some of my changes- somewhat of a changelog:
- Both Pengolias added to Eastshield- Pengolia wasn't founded until 2003, and they split in 2009. So, it was either part of eastshield or Trans-Antarctica, and as it stands a mountain ranger is the current east border of Trans-Antarctica. Thus, geographically it makes sense to keep them as part of Eastshield.
- Happyface State split between Eastshield and Freezeland, along with Archet being a Freezelandian Province, and a larger Midland- According to the Happyface State page, and the history written there- "The Happyface State was Archet". Now though, Archet is a small area that is legally part of the HF state, according to the Archet page. So, I highly doubt all of the HF state was Archet. So, I expanded Archet from it's present territory to the present Eastshield border. I assume Archet was a province of Freezeland due to the War of 2002 page- which states Lord Shiverpool, a high ranking member of the Archetian Army, and a leader in the war, was Freezelandian.
- Though the Freezelandians won the War of 2002, The Kingdom of Happyface 141 was formed shortly after, due to Happyface's valiant fighting (or that's what I saw from the HF State article), given independence and Free Republic status by the USA. However, they took over Archet, which was presumably a Freezelandian province, so though the Freezelandians won I suppose they ceded some land to the Antarcticans. That's where the extra Midland comes from- land that was later ceded to the US and became part of the Happyface State. So, the HF Kingdom wasn't founded until 2002, so I split the territory between Eastshield and Freezeland.
- Polaris and New Delphis added to Eastshield- Neither of them existed independently prior to 2010-2012.
- Weddell added to the Sub-Antarctic Islands- According to the Weddell page, it split from the Sub-Antarctic Islands in 2009.
- Removal of Club Penguin- Though it's a major city now, it wasn't back then. In addition, I only included country capitals, not all major cities.
- More land in Snowbourne- it was originally added on Antarctica.png in 2009 by Mectrix, when Swiss added the Viking empire. Also, it's still (erroneously) seen on the image of Freezeland on the Freezeland page. I imagine they had this land, but it was later taken by the Snoss and never given back by the Castillans, instead being given to the Lisboagese.
- Lisboagese Region and Frostize Enclave removed- Territory given to Snowbourne (see above reason) and Peninsula, as the Lisboagese Region page states the land originally belonged to the Peninsula.
- Antarctic Peninsula called Peninsula- It seems like an official name change/retcon from "Antarctic Peninsula" to "Peninsula" would be nice. It sounds more professional, like an actual state name could sound. Florida isn't called "American Peninsula". I don't see a real reason to specify "Antarctic" in the title here, whereas Sub-Antarctic Islands and Trans-Antarctica actually make sense.

I thought of that, but I was only adding countries on the actual continent. And, Acadia would count as it is now, but if you moved it like you were talking about then I'd have to remove it from the image. That's why I didn't add it, I figured I'd give you a little bit of time to finalize what you were doing - possible moving, name changes, etc.

Second Changelog: December 2015
- I gave the extra part of Midlands to the Archet state, based on a discussion I had with Wonderweez a while ago.
- Finally added Acadia as it's (pretty much) connected to the mainland. Not going to add any off-of-mainland islands like Dorkugal or Club Penguin. I might change the way it's presented or its color later on.
