A little bit of a misconception. It was a parody of the Soviets which allied with Yow during the war. He was looking through binoculars or something; spying on them. Yow was dead in that picture. (BTW, this is the actual Russia parody) -- Bro ^{Talk to me!} 20:49, 14 May 2013 (UTC)
