Could you make a rough floor plan for Fort Celatum, with the runways, SIA base, prison and all? I was thinking of making a super-secret bottom level to the prison called "Level X" or "Block X", the absolute definition of solitary confinement and terrible living conditions.

Prisons are in a 6x6x6 cell, with only a door in front of them. They are bound in their cells by chains (Episode 2 opi-wan style except with chains), and they are fed once a day via tube that runs from the the ceiling to their mouth. The toilet is under them, so they go at will. Once a week someone comes in and hoses down their filthy body; that's their shower. Oh, did I mention? Unless they're released, they'll never see the light of day again; just their dreary dim cell lights.

Also, this separate level has it's own electric and water supply, completely disconnected from the main prison. In addition, if something were to happen to Celatum such as a fire or other natural disaster, all prisoners on X would be left-for-dead there (while some normal prisoners might be evacuated). That's when I came up with this idea (:3), since this section would only be used for the worst prisoners, such as "entities of the dark side of the force", dictators, serial mass-murderers, major terrorists, etc. WannaTalk? 03:26, 25 November 2013 (UTC)
