The Flag of Antarctica, or the Booyah Flag is the national flag and ensign of the United States of Antarctica and de jure flag of all Antarctican colonies. It has different shades of blue and a variation of the Booyah Forever seal in the middle.

The flag of Antartica is a 2:3 ratio flag. The flag is a field with a yellow seal with a red puffle on it, and inscripted Booyah at the top, For at the left, Ever at the right, and 2000, the year of founding and adoption of the flag itself. Black lines protrude from the seal and into the edges of the hoist and fly. The spaces between the lines are filled with sky and navy blue, with each space having a specific meaning. The top means courage, the west means the sea, the east represents the principles upon which the country was founded, and the base represents peace.
The variant flag is a 1:2 ration flag. The flag is a black field with a white lining, defaced with a ripped Union Flag and the Antarctican land on a blue field at the canton. On the field, it has Rockhopper surrounded by an olive branch (either holly or a mistletoe wreath on Christmas) and the inscription "Booyah Foever!" written in yellow cursive font.
Display[edit]
When flags are to be displayed outdoors, the flag ranges from 3x5 size to 5x9 size. The flag is raised briskly hoisted to the top at 7:00 AM in a ceremony known as Reveille, and lowered ceremoniously and folded away at 6:00 PM in a ceremony called Retreat. As the flag is hoisted during reveille, Ode to the Flag is called on bugle or cavalry trumpet, and the national anthem played either by band or recording at retreat.
If the flag is to be displayed indoors, it is hung vertically with the puffle in the seal facing to the viewer's right, or on a special pole 9 feet tall with a battle axe ornament, ie a Colors. The Colors is a flag with yellow fringe and tassels, and streamers representing the battles it fought. It is either mounted on a stand or carried by a color guard with a harness on his uniform assigned to protecting the flag. The flag is usually accompanied by the flag of a territory, state or army. The detail is thus flanked by two guards armed with snowball rifles that have been mangled to not be able to fire (replica BA1s being the most popular choices), and in some cases a commander with a saber. When posted, the puffle should show and the streamer for the Great Darktonian Pie War must be displayed.
Air Force versions do not use streamers and instead display the honors directly on the flag. There are only tassels and fringe. The Air Force uses Puffle'and drill and uses the manual with some slight alterations.
Rules[edit]
- Do not let the flag touch the snow, ground or water.
- A Colors does not salute unlike the other in a color guard.
- Speaking of salutes, raise your right flipper to the throat with your palm facing the ground. Military personell and veterans, in uniform or not in uniform, should render a slow flipper salute.
- Do not tear the flag.
- Do not use the flag as an advertisement.
- Do not wear the flag on clothing.
- Do not trample on the flag.
- Do NOT burn the flag when in protest. A special flag burning ceremony for tattered flags is okay, but when it is well and good, it is not.
- Do not use the flag as a drapery, except on the coffins/caskets/corpses of governmental and military personnel and national heroes.
- Fold the flag when not in use. The flag is folded lengthwise twice so that the hair of the puffle shows. Fold it in squares until only 2 spikes of hair shows.
