Ghast Lee is a ghost who lives on Chill Island. Nothing is known whatsoever about his past. He hides in an old house, which was the only establishment when Chill came.
Secret[edit]
Ghast Lee was actually the mayor of Chill Island long before Chill showed up. However, a disaster happened and no residents survived and all establishments destroyed, except for the Kroogar house, which survived because of good craftsmanship. Ghast Lee has a lab under the house to get back at his brother, Ghost Lee, for some unexplained reason.
