Goof E. (pronounced GOOF-ee) is a smart penguin that is in Darktan's Army. Despite his name, he is not goofy.

Background[edit]
When Goof E. was born, he started touching inventions. He learned how they worked and then Flywish tortured him one day. He injured Goof E. so bad that he had to sit in a flying chair for about 20 years. After that Goof E. turned evil and joined Darktan II. He actually was evil all along. Then he made fun of Radal. That got him the beating of his life. Now Goof E. is gonna be paralyzed forever.

He is dark black and sits in a hover chair. He has a grey afro and wears glasses like Gary's.
