Happyface Timothy Smiley the Second, more commonly known as Happyface141 and Happyface, was the founder and former governor of The Happyface State. HF decided not to run for governor again, instead opting to pursue a career in film making. He currently resides in Hashville, and serves on the South Pole Council.

Background[edit]
Happyface was born somewhere in Eastshield, to Peter Smiley, an actor, and Mary Smiley, a camerawoman, on April 28, 1983. HF was born with grey feathers, but overtime they grew to become a very dark black. At the age of 11, HF began traveling the world, eventually becoming a politician's assistant. Seeing how spoiled the politician was, HF decided to found a country and become a monarch.
In 1997, HF founded the Kingdom of Happyface141. He was a strict monarch, but he became a better ruler as he matured. In 2002, HF renamed the kingdom "The HF State", and became a state of the USA.
HF also visited Club Penguin Island in 2000, where he used his level 10 BoF clearance to acquire a tour guide hat, brown shoes, and his infamous Music Jam t-shirt.
Impersonation[edit]
Fluffy 21 impersonated HF for some time. He made fake messages that supposedly came from HF, but was not. HF's allies, Triskelle3, Explorer 767, and TurtleShroom helped expose Fluffy for his crimes, and find HF. HF was found in Fluffy's apartment(really a large cardboard box), and Fluffy was imprisoned. The impersonation lasted for over 3 months.
Assassination attempt[edit]
On September 15 , 2009, Fluffy 21 broke out of jail, and pushed Happyface off the stairs of his royal palace, (which has 500 steps by the way), and Happyface suffered cuts, bruises, black eyes, a broken flipper, one broken rib, and a head trauma. He was brought to the hospital right away, where doctors immediately began working on him. They put a cast on him, but he was still unconscious.
Doctors concluded he was going to be in a coma for one week, and when he wakes up, he should be in a wheelchair and casts for two months.
HF returned, and his new second in charge is Doctor Logic.
Film-making career[edit]
HF's term expired in 2012, and he decided to not run again, even though he was allowed one more term. He felt as though being governor deteriorated his health and made him unhappy, so he perused the career his parents perused. HF opened Euphoric Studios, a movie company that produces and directs movies, based in Hashville. They focus mainly on action movies, like The Fearsome Focci, and Penguin Spy Academy. HF has so far directed two movie, Rise of the Fearsome Focci, and Blue Crew, and has produced and written one, Legends of Sensei.
Since his resignation, the HF State has since erected a statue of him in the capitol building. HF also keeps his seat in the South Pole Council, as his resignation was not accepted there.
The current governor of the HF State is Doctor Logic, however elections will take place in December of 2012.
Abilities[edit]
HF possesses a moderate amount of skill for fighting, as he learned how to street fight when he traveled Antarctic. HF is master in jujitsu, and he mainly relies on counterattacks during combat. He rarely uses weapons, but he owns a deletion pistol.
During parley, HF is usually sent out to negotiate with the enemy troops. He is a master negotiator, and uses social engineering to persuade the other person to accept the deal.
Weaknesses[edit]
HF is a rather short penguin, making it hard for him to run faster than most villains. He is also limited to melee attacks, which makes him an easy target for enemies with distance weapons.
HF's also is not at full health, due to his assassination attempt from Fluffy. He sometimes blacks out for a couple minutes, but always says its fine, and never sees a doctor about his problem.
Involvement[edit]
HF is a frequent ally of Antarctica's Protectors, aiding them during major battles. He used his political status to get them rare and powerful weapons, and safe houses.
He is also a founding member of Troublesome Trio, where he pranks innocent civilians with Explorer and Barkjon.
Happyface was formerly the governor of the HF State, but resigned to pursue a film making career. He opened Happyface Studios, and helped create box-office successes like Blue Crew and Rise of the Fearsome Focci.
Appearance[edit]
It is well known in Antarctica that HF always wear a tour guide hat, a Music Jam t-shirt, and brown shoes. The reason he always wears a tour guide hat, is because his head is scarred from surgery.

Well here I am becoming one of the most famous penguins in the world. I've just become the king of The kingdom of Happyface141. They voted me as leader and named the kingdom after me!!!! I miss my family. I had a wife and kids before but my kids left to be great adventurers and got lost somewhere and my wife died of Fat from one single burger! I'm searching fora cure. i hope I kind it. Anyways, my heir is probably General Smiley or my kid if he comes back.

I met two new friends, Explorer and Barkjon. Boy are they cool. We formed a group called the Trouble Trio and we love pranks. I seem to be the Smart and Sly one. Anyways, I'm thinking of merging with Eastshield or selling the land to Pengolia. NAHHHHHH. Anyways I just found out my kid came back!!! His name is Marverick Smile. The heir to the throne. Alas.
