TS: What this demotion is

All punishments must be equal; an admin shall be banned the same amount of time as a regular user who did the same exact thing.

In the real world, the first thing that Stalin- who claimed to be a Leftist/Marxist excercising the will of the people -did when he took power was kill all dissidents. Without opposition, his plans moved forward without any pesky opinion get in his way.
Sancho, Swiss Ninja, and those against me, you can't remvoe this becuause of my "freedom of speech" and all that crap.

Friends, I just wanted to let you know what this petition is. Think before you vote.

  • This is the only fact: this petition is a call for complete demotion of TurtleShroom all the way down to Patroller (see AJ's comment). Please read on for opinions.
  • It is a backstabbing attempt to get rid of TurtleShroom once and for all so that, now and forever, he can't halt any reform on this wiki.
  • It is a disregard of TurtleShroom's tireless efforts, day in and day out, building this wiki and working hard to help make it what it is today.
  • It is a spit in the face to the purpose of the entitlements. The entitlements were meant to protect all users, not destroy those who disagree. Triskelle said that the entitlements were not a coup. Way to lie. What ever happened to the right to opinion? All the leftists seem to hate my brutal, zealous conservatism. Their only solution is to render me powerless and without any say.
  • It is blatant disrespect to TurtleShroom and his years of contributing.
  • It is corrupt and an abusive use of fresh site doctrine created by the very people who wanted to purify site governance.
  • It is dishonest and ingrateful. Apparently, years of seniority and twelve thousand edits mean absolutely nothing to these people who can't even hold a candle towards TurtleShroom's work.
  • It is a product of jealousy and hatred. TurtleShroom adopted Johnfrum Island and Nuke Island and expanded them to quality articles. Swiss Ninja had one heck of a tantrum. He took the Finnipines, which started as nothing except a stubbed infobox that wasn't even fully written, and made it into an HQA. When it was adopted by TurtleShroom, it was still primarily incomplete. Sancho sure did whine about TurtleShroom practicing the wiki spirit and making an article better, completely within the rules.



Now, look at the actions of Swiss Ninja and Sanchonachos. Then, look at TurtleShroom and all he's done for this wiki. Do you really want to allow these ungrateful men to destroy TurtleShroom simply because they are angry that he did something to their stub LQA articles.

Accusations

Sancho

Fellow users, I have witnessed many crimes of this user, TS, who many of us here hold deeply as a kind, thughtful and very committed user, yet, I would like to share with you some of his dastardly crimes that he himself has committed. Firstly, TurtleShroom has striked out the FOURTH amendment regarding power abuse without ANY consent from the community whatsoever. This user has utilized power abuse and is self-glorifying himself as a the dictator of this wiki.It was not his obligation to cross out that amendment, and in fact, it was only Swiss Ninja who notified me on the topic.

Secondly, TurtleShroom has denounced our new laws as communist, and is simply placing his agenda towards the wiki. The way in which the laws were promoted by TS were fashioned in a communistic way. Like in the above paragraph, he is still placing his agenda on the wiki, by calling them communist which reflects his views on it. Tell me, fellow users, is this the Club Penguin Fanon or a fascist dictatorship. This person has said that we are in betterhands with him. But, now it does not seem like so.

Well, I'm not that good at speaches, but here it goes.

Anways, a lot of us know that for a long time now TurtleShroom has been executing extreme power abuse (such as the above examples given by Sancho), needless censorship, demotions and bannings. There's probally even crimes that he has commited that I do not know about, but I am entirely sure of the extreme power abuse and extreme bias. This often gets in the way of proper logic and moral judgement, and TurtleShroom is known to outright refuse any opposition, often using extreme measures to take them down. Not to mention that he often bans needlessly, such as in the Noezma and Phill episode, Pride and Modesty (though that time it was partially my fault), and other well known incidents. In my eyes there are two great evils that censorship can commit. One is a complete or almost complete lack of censorship, such as in A Brave New World. The alternative is Nineteen Eighty-Four, where censorship has gone rampant, censoring everything needlessly due to the censor's personal appagenda and not only for the sake of the common good. Even now our wiki dangerously approaches "Nineteen Eighty-Four", and TurtleShroom is behind it. Under him our wiki is also becomming dangerously close to a dictatorship, as almost the entire wiki seems to revolve around TurtleShroom, and less focus is placed on the other users and their works. While he is a nice fellow and I would consider him a friend of mine, I would say that he has been given too much power for him to handle and has gone power crazy, and one way to remedy this is to remove that which he cannot handle.

Well I think Sancho and XTUX have pretty much said every thing already. Unless there are acts which TS did that we do not know about. Which I strongly believe. I would never hesitate to demote TS from his high position as it where. I think personally that he is a scare crow to all new users. When I first came on the wiki I had some ideas I was quite fond of doing. But as Sancho said, its all on his agenda. Thus, because he did not like it, I could no longer do it. I have seen similar acts to other users such as XTUX ect. Though his discretion is, at times, handy in some cases. But as XTUX and Sancho have strongly stated, "Hes gone to far" which, of course I believe to be true. I do not think the CPFW can take any more of this toddling. I thought this place was a place to create,enjoy and role play. TS, you have changed this in a more then necessary way.

Refractor

I'm not for demotion, just my 2 cents on this issue.

The main probably with TS is that he IS the policy. If he doesn't want association with you because you did something in IRL, B&.

Agent Johnson

Where to start? Oh yes. I was banned for saying an American swear which isn't considered a swear in Europe and therefore, I had no right to defend myself. I should had been given warning. There have been other instances of power abuse like promoting users without community support/consensus and deleting articles without going through Requests for Deletion. Only articles which directly break policy may be speedily deleted. And who can forget the time when I tried to introduce reform? Like the mass-demotion spree (boy, I was hated for that). I was blocked, unblocked, demoted, blocked, unblocked, demoted and so fourth. It's too risky to give him Sysopship in my opinion; make him a Patroller.

I'd also like to point out that you guys are acting like ungrateful backstabbers. Without TS, this wiki would't be half the thing it is today. Without TS, the wiki would have taken much longer to move, or not done it at all. Without TS, most of us wouldn't be here.

And you manage to "forget" all that in the face of what looks suspicously like a large plot to enforce your own political beliefs onto the wiki as a whole.

But you'll never get me. Never ever. Propoganda cannot sway me. Bans cannot hold me. Odds cannot discourage me. Do what you like. I serve no earthly being, and it's gonna stay that way. The only principles I'll adhere to are those of Sheepism.

My thoughts are untouchable.

  • Swiss Ninja, this article sickens me. You are a corrupt, impure man. To you, all of that rights crap wasn't about making the wiki better. It was about securing the ability to demote me. With your right to petition, you KNEW I couldn't delete this! You had an ulterior motive and an agenda this entire time. Didn't I warn each and every one of you that this would happen? Didn't I say that these rights were being created to cripple and eventually remove me from power? Didn't I tell you not to change? Didn't I tell you this would happen? Was I not aware that people were trying to wipe me off the site through this? I'd delete this, but unlike Swiss Ninja, I am actually honest enough to do the right thing and not delete it. I wish you could say the same. I happen to respect other people and the will of the Masses. You had no intention to fix the wiki with these rights, you just voted yes because I adopted a few of your articles and happened to be in charge. Sancho, the only reason you're doing this is because I seized the Finnipines. Just to show you what I can do, I might consider using my new entitlements to outst the current pure corporation's government and put in something so nightmarishly corrupt that Explorer XII has to flee the country. Then, in a quest to free the innocent Finnipinos, the United States of Antarctica will occupy the country and I can parody the Phillipines' occupation. However, this is considered, and probably won't happen. I just hope that you are able to live with your corruption after this. Remember, folks, I never did anything like this!
