This bill, Activeness, is currently in committee. The Wiki's Congress Committee is deciding what to do with it.

Seeing as most of are beureacrats are banned or inactive, should we only have theactive ones? We would meet at a Wiki Council to discuss matters, and those who weren't there wouldnt get to vote that week. A Kyrotocracy doesnt work without organisation. As I was saying, we need something like the South Pole Council. We need to meet and talk about things in an organised fashion, rather than the shout box. The most active bereaucrats would proboboly be the most involved, and some wont be at all. --Triskelle3 15:13, 9 May 2009 (UTC)
