[edit] History
One day a blizzard was howling across Austiceia. The blizzard was supposed to end in a few weeks. Transportation was halted and you were only allowed to go on the road if you had a SnowKAT AUS-Scooter. A large number of the population was stranded indoors. An unnamed penguin was in his igloo, bored. A friend of his suggested to design a new shape of a ball. Instead the penguin started inventing a new indoor and outdoor game. It was a combination of basketball, soccer/football and snowball (fights). The penguin designed a 20 penguin-per-team-game and designed a new ball. The ball was an Ice Ball and so the name of the game became Ice Bawl (the spelling of ball was a typo. Benny wasn't happy).

[edit] Rules
[edit] Teams
There are usually 24 penguins or creatures in each team. There are 2 teams in a game, although 3 and 4 team games can be played (but you need more goals). In each team, there are:
- 3 defenders
- 6 forward defenders
- 3 mid-keepers
- 4 backups
- 3 scorers
- 3 throwers
- 2 kickers
[edit] Defenders
There are 3 defenders in each team. Their job is as the name suggests: to defend the goal. They have to defend the three goals that are used. Defenders have to be tall to block the Snow Ball target and Freeze Ball hoop. Defenders can also sometimes use a stick that resembles a hockey stick. They can use this if they are short or to block the Ice Ball. The stick is called a "Defending Stick".
[edit] Forward Defenders
Forward defenders are like defenders. There are 6 of them in each team, making it the largest job group in any team. Forward defenders are usually situated infront of the defenders and so they are the first line of defence. If a defender isn't able to get a ball away, forward defenders fall back and try to defend the goals. They also have Defending Sticks although they are not allowed to use them and are only allowed to give them to the defenders if their ones break.
[edit] Mid-Keepers
There are 3 mid-keepers in each team. Mid-keepers have multiple jobs to do. They can wonder around the whole field either defending, scoring or anything else. There aren't a lot of them because there are already many players doing the jobs. They are allowed to score anywhere on the field.
[edit] Backups
There are 4 backups in each team. Backups are literally backups. If a player is injured, disqualified or unable to do their job, backups can replace the player. They are only allowed in the middle section of the field, helping the mid-keepers. But when they are needed, one of them decides to go and help. They can help whenever they want but when they wonder out of the middle section, the referee has to see that they help do a job within 20 seconds or they get penalised.
