The Invisible Man is a mysterious and enigmatic individual referred to as a "sinister interdimensional bureaucrat", he is known to display peculiar behavior and to wield powers far beyond those of a penguin. His identity and motives remain completely unexplained.

Background[edit]
Abilities and Traits[edit]
The Invisible Man (names so after his tendency to only appear to the select few he chooses to) appears as a dark blue-feathered penguin of average height and build, with dark hair styled into a crew cut. He is always dressed in a blue suit, and carries around his briefcase.
He has been described by Director Benny as "The cryptic bureaucrat, mystery man with a briefcase. He appears in the shadows, disappears when you chase him down dead-end corridors. He leads you into danger and guides you to safety, as the whim strikes him. His motives remain mysterious." Benny himself (although he refuses to admit it) has little influence over the Invisible Man's actions or motives.
