Jeff Xinston (1990-present) is an Adelie Penguin who owns a Cream Soda bar in Flywish Island. He is a millionare because of how much customers he gets at his bar.

Background[edit]
Jeff was hatched in King George's Island. When he was 3, his parents gave him Cream Soda and he instantly liked it. Like Sodahopper, he developed an addiction to cream soda that never ended, even to this present day, he drinks Cream Soda. At the age of 15, He dropped out of school and opened his own Cream Soda bar. Though dropouts aren't very successful in life, he was. His bar was open for penguins of any age. He got many workers. He got a band to play music for the bar, he got maintenance in case the TV stopped working, and he even got guards for penguins who broke rules. His bar was very successful and he became a wealthy business man. He later came across a penguin who looked like Rockhopper but was pink. Sodahopper and Jeff immediately became friends. What Jeff didn't know was that Sodahopper was using him to get discounts on cream soda. He also wished and wished for the president of Flywish Island to come to his bar and have him give a review about it. The only penguin close to Flywish who came was Kento Clarke. He also has had penguins from different countries come to his bar since it was the only Cream Soda bar in Antarctica. He also likes to go to Bugzy's Casino and gamble whenever he isn't polishing Cream Soda glasses or running the place. He has beaten some and lost to some.

He is a friendly guy as long as you are friendly to him. Though he may look weak and harmless, he is strong enough to blacken both of your eyes or break your limbs. He also hates anyone who violates the rules of his bar. This is because he wants his bar to be perfect and neat so that he can stay rich and keep customers. He erases any writing on his walls if they want to write anytyhing. He does not tolerate anyone who breaks stools, or breaks windows.

- Secretly, Sodahopper is only friends with Jeff so he can get discounts on Cream Soda
- Though Jeff may look harmless, don't pick a fight with him, he is very tough for a harmless looking penguin.
- He often advertises his bar and has even sent helpers to president Flywish to try to get him into coming into the bar sometime.
- The name of his bar is Xinston's Soda and Chips
- Xinston made him a major target because of this.
