Jockhopper is Rockhopper's father, Lockhopper's son, and Sodahopper's brother. He is a big fan of football, and also controls the Soda Seas. Despite Rockhopper being his son, he and Rockhopper no longer speak to each other.

Background[edit]
Jockhopper was born in Chinstrap on November 18, 1945, when his father, Lockhopper, was 22 years old. At 5 years old he took an interest in sports, while his father kept buying him puzzle books and challenging him to Tic-Tac-Toe games. The games annoyed Jockhopper so much, he just said 'No' to them, and started to play sports more. He started playing football at 9 years old, and was quite good at it. He became the M.V.P of the team, then the captain of it. He was very popular in his school, as he had many friends.
When he grew older, he bought a ship and sailed to Club Penguin Island. There, he took an interest in piracy and later became a captain of a ship. He took control of the Soda Seas, and the northern water of Club Penguin Island.
At some point in his life, he got married, and they had Rockhopper, and Ninjahopper later. He taught Rockhopper about ships and sailing, which is why Rockhopper loves the sea so much.
When his son, Rockhopper, graduated from school he and Jockhopper got in a fight. Rockhopper went to grab a doughnut when Jockhopper put in that Rockhopper should watch his weight. Rockhopper asked why, and Jockhopper said he looked like he gained a couple 40 pounds. Rockhopper said the exact same thing that his father said, and the two suddenly got into a fight. They have not spoken to each other since.
Jockhopper currently lives in Chinstrap, even though he spends more time on his ship. He makes visits to Rockhopper Island often, but often does it when his son is away.
Involvement[edit]
Jockhopper enjoys watching football on his TV in his boat. He officially controls the Soda Seas, while allowing penguins to play Aqua Grabber there. He lives in Chinstrap and manages the shipyard that his great great grandfather Lolzhopper founded.
