Katy Anika J. Hunter, otherwise known as Agent Freeze Night is a remarkable 15 year old that resides in Club Penguin. She is one of the few penguins who are friends with Rogue Tvarkov

History[edit]
Katy Hunter was born to an elusive family of crime fighters in the USA, and regained the traits of one. Her mother was serving the Green Berets, her father was a captain in the Army, and her older sister was serving the EPF. At the age of ten, she was sent away to find herself a living.
Recruitment[edit]
Agent Clinton found Hunter suspicious when she landed in Club Penguin from a ferry and looked around, uninterested with the scenery but at anything that could possibly be a weapon. He reported her to G and he found her worthy for the Academy. Clinton tried to urge her into the car but had to use force by knocking her unconscious. When he finally brought her to Academy Island, she met Piri, Rogue and Jason, and they all became good friends. After graduating, she was shipped off to the PSA.
Career as a PSA Agent[edit]
Her career as PSA Agent #207 codenamed "White Feathers" after a paint incident back in the Academy was excellent. She was one of the best agents, and rose the ranks with ease.
Career as an EPF Agent[edit]
After the Popcorn Explosion, she immediately took extra courses in the Academy. After graduating, she was sent on a mission to assassinate a wanted terrorist. After successfully accomplishing missions like these, she was nominated by Rogue Tvarkov to be a member of the new Anti-Terrorism Division. After agreeing, she is sent to multiple missions, one after the other. Currently, she's on Rogue's speed dial when she needs her to kill someone for the division. Her current mission partner is Piri Perez.
Appearance[edit]
Katy is a brunette that usually wears her hair down. She is often seen in the standard EPF uniform, a black suit with a black business skirt. At other times, she is seen sporting a ponytail and some exercising outfit. During missions where she is undercover, she can be easily identified by either the beret that she'd wear, or the white overcoat she wears.
Involvement[edit]
Katy has been involved in so many missions that no one is sure about how many in exact did she do. But she is confirmed to have been in the following missions:
- Project Infinite: This is War
- Operation Anti-Terrorism
- Operation Firebird
- Operation Mockingjay
Strengths and Weaknesses[edit]
Katy is very good with weapons and martial arts. She is also great with penguins, which is why she is usually summomed by Rogue when she needs something to be announced. In the flipside, she is terrible at Cantonese. Since many of Rogue's targets are Cantonese-speaking, she usually winds up in Rogue's igloo in the middle of the night, being tutored again and again in Cantonese. Although she does great after these tutorings, she repeatedly forgets these and forgets how to speak in Cantonese. Rogue is still determining if she should send Katy back to the Academy for extra training in Foreign Languages.

The following are the different weapons Katy uses.
- Twin Butterfly Knives- her first weapon.
- Deletion Pistol- she brings this wherever she goes when she's in hostile territory.
- Glock .45 ice bullet pistol- her service weapon.
- AK-47 ice bullet rifle- only used in hostile territory.

- Rogue loves calling her "Kat", and usually calls her "Hunt" by mistake.
- She is one of the only Special Agents of the EPF who has Level 11 Security Clearance.
