The Leopard Seal 1 is one of West Pengolia's main battle tanks. It was apparently invented by Penghis Khan's servants and engineers but acquired by iConnect. It's popular among many countries and is a commonly used tank. It has a successor called the Leopard Seal 2 (Dorkugal redesigned the Leopard Seal 2 and called it the Leopard Seal 2E). Leopard Seals can be fitted with different tank shells including OxiPie, ROFL Waffles, Ditto Laser and KZT 1000s.

In 2000 Penghis Khan ordered his servants to make him a tank with some engineers in two months:
"PENGHIS KHAN WANTS A TANK! PENGHIS KHAN WANTS IT IN TWO MONTHS! PENGHIS KHAN HAS PROVIDED SERVANTS WITH ELITE ENGINEERS! PENGHIS KHAN WILL SEND YOU TO PRISON IF IT'S BAD! PENGHIS KHAN WILL SEND YOU TO PRISON IF IT'S NOT FINISHED IN TIME!"
And after two months of hard labouring, two prototypes and two servants dropping a spanner on their flippers it was finally finished. When they showed it to Penghis he was pleased:
"PENGHIS KHAN LIKES THE TANK!"
But when they showed him the blueprints he wasn't.
"PENGHIS KHAN HATES BLUEPRINTS!"
He took the blueprints and threw them in the famous SKIP.
It was a coincidence that a Frosian spy was passing. He picked up the blueprints, took his private jet home (he was a very special agent). He showed them to Guymed who gave them to iConnect. The Leopard Seal 1 was the result. It was shipped to many nations, mostly ones in the Free Republic Union. TerraMount and FederationTerra use them a lot. That is until iConnect developed the Leopard Seal 2.
