The Long Night of Solace is the largest vessel used by the Ed Island Space Command, primarily designed for command and control duties for fleets, as well as support for occupation forces. It was the flagship of the entire EISC fleet, and the personal vessel of "EDFan12345".

Design

The Long Night of Solace, as the only ship in the CSO-Class Supercarrier line, is 27,083 meters long, larger than the already incredibly long Destructor. This sheer size is enough to instill terror into entire countries.

Overall, the Supercarrier is an extremely large and well-equipped capital ship, easily dwarfing most other EISC starship classes, even the assault carrier. The vessel looks nearly identical to the CAS-Class Assault Carrier, as it is comprised of several bulbous sections and a hook-like prow. Despite the ship's enormous size, the CSO is fully capable of concealing both itself and a small escort fleet with active camouflage.

Armaments

Eighteen energy projectors line the ship's dorsal and ventral surfaces, along with thousands of plasma turrets and pulse laser salvos. Unlike other ships, which could only glass small regions or small countries, the Long Night of Solace could decimate entire continents with its plasma weaponry. This was only ever displayed once, when an IEE colony world was overrun with a Pengumorph outbreak, and glassing was the only option. The Long Night of Solace, combined with the Fleet of Retribution, glassed the entire planet so no Pengumorphs could get off-world.

Trivia
