Neval is a small little state just left off the coast of Penland. It's known for holding Antarctica's largest mountain top, Mt. Eversit, on the Hilapingis mountains. It's also known for it's highly educated and talented citizens who everyday work really hard to manage to survive. It used to be a country before 2009., when it was annexed by Snowiny.
