Mempins I, (born Jules Mempiė Väə" is a Viking descendant and the first dictator of Penguski Islands. He was born sometime on before 900 BC. He died on September 7, 802 BC where he was kicked into an empty well by the traitors. After he gained control of the 4 islands, he forced all of the inhabitants to piracy, thus making him the king of an aggressive group of pirates. They robbed every ship they encountered, and then the kill the penguins on board. They turn the chicks and puffles into slaves. He formed the council of pirates.
He adopted Manşöy, who later turned out to be Mempins II.

Early Life[edit]
He was born to an unnamed father and an unnamed mother. They named him Jules Mempiė Väə. They were on board a explorer ship, which was scheduled to go to various islands and the people would settle there. Since his entire childhood was on a ship, he did not get much to learn, but he learnt the bad habits of the crew.

Jules was 14 when a sea storm occurred, causing the ship to sink. Jules, with some other younger penguins escaped in a life boat and they reached Penguski, which was deserted that time. Jules and his friends made a settlement near Suni. Jules and his friends soon found that Penguski wasn't deserted, it was inhabited by lots of people. Jules joined with them, and soon outwitted them and became their first dictator. He later changed his name to Mempins, since he lost his family. Now, he became the dicator, he forced the inhabitants to pirate the boats they encounter, and they did. After various pirate attempts, Mempins became rich. All the wealth looted would be his, and he wouldn't part with it. He was soon 30 years, and became more cruel.
Death[edit]
Mempins then adopted his son, who became his successor in 800 BC. Mempins I retired, and he was walking in the streets. 7 penguins from behind pushed him into the well, where he fell and died. Then, the people formed a rebellion against Mempins II, and soon the Mempins family was removed from their dictatorship, but they were still wealthy. A new family was chosen as the leader, and that family ruled till 1600, where they changed government to Aristocracy.
Aftermath[edit]
Mempins's successors were now treated as "rich, but evil" people. The Mempins family remained rich, until 1700 where the Democratic Movement said that the wealth should be given to the government's funds. So, after 1700, the Mempins family was destroyed.
