The Snowman Syndicate is a somewhat secretive organization of snowmen located on Club Penguin Island. They hate ninjas and especially Sensei, and always try to destroy them secretly. Chilly8791 is one of the few ninjas to know of their existence.

History[edit]
Tuskan formed the Snowman Syndicate sometime in late 2008, because some penguins attacked him because he was a "snowman freak". At that moment Tuskan decided he would get back at penguins once and for all, and with his snowman friends Scrapper, Slick, and T.A.N.K. formed the Snowman Syndicate. Eventually after being attacked by a bunny-eared ninja, they changed their focus from getting back at penguins to ninjas.
After the disbanding of Tusk's army, Scrap, Tank, and Sly joined the Syndicate, and Snow Sensei was bumped up to number 3 on the wanted list.
Their first attack on penguins was during the conflict between the Freezonians and the Evilositian Army. As Chill was a Beachball, therefore being the big brother of their second most wanted enemy Chilly, seizing the opportunity to hopefully wipe out one of their enemies. Due to the tropical climate of the island however, Tuskan came prepared and created a special sunscreen that would prevent the snowmen from melting. Slick and Sly also swapped out their bowling snowballs for meatballs temporarily.
Motives[edit]
The ultimate goal of the Snowman Syndicate is to exterminate all ninjas, and eventually all penguins from the island and create their own snowman empire.

Tuskan[edit]
Tuskan is the boss of the Snowman Syndicate. He is actually a walrus, but hides in a giant snowman costume because if the others found out he was a walrus, he would be kicked from the Snowman Syndicate.
Rumors are circulating around is that he's actually a walrus in a snowman suit, so some penguins have caught on. Others say he's a relative of Tusk. If this is true, it would reveal to the public that he is indeed a walrus.
Scrapper[edit]
Scrapper is the pyrophobic 2nd in command of the Snowman Syndicate. He makes extremely obnoxious sounds, and only Tuskan can put up with them. He also likes mustard and sometimes spills it on his suit. He always holds a tennis racket to smack ninjas into unconsciousness with, although it's very weak and usually snaps on the first whack.
Trivia[edit]
- Whenever he walks, he squeaks. There is no known explanation for this.
- The other members of the Snowman Syndicate call his suit a "tuxedo that got up on the wrong side of the ironing board".
- He is the brother of Scrap, who also hates ninjas and is a pyrophobic.
Slick[edit]

~ Slick Slick is the 3rd in command of the Snowman Syndicate. He bowls and has a mustache, which earned him the nickname "The 'Stached Bowler". He wears blue gloves with "SS" on them, which stands for Snowman Syndicate. He is the most normal of the Syndicate leaders besides Tuskan.
Slick was born in the mountains in a mysterious blizzard. He was later taken in by Tuskan and raised with 2 other snowmen, Scrapper and T.A.N.K.. When Tuskan was attacked for being a snowman freak, Slick immediately supported the idea for the Snowman Syndicate and became 3rd in command.
T.A.N.K.[edit]
T.A.N.K. is a part-robotic snowman (aka. a Snowborg) and 4th in command of the Snowman Syndicate.
T.A.N.K. joined the Snowman Syndicate in July 2010. In October 2010 a freak accident melted half of T.A.N.K., but he was rescued by fellow members Scrapper and Slick. He was then given a half-robotic body. In November 2011, T.A.N.K. was promoted to 4th in command of the organization.
Nobody knows what T.A.N.K. stands for, mostly because the snowmen haven't decided yet. So far, every attempt by the syndicate at coming up with a name has always been something stupid, such as Totally Awesome Noodle Kindler.
Sno-Ice[edit]
Sno-Ice is a member of the Snowman Syndicate. He is cold at all times because he is covered in a thin layer of ice. His torso is also a block of ice. Because he is made out of ice, he can walk over bodies of water because it freezes under him. He is next in line to become a leader - if Tuskan, Scrapper, Slick, or T.A.N.K. resign, Sno-Ice would officially be considered 4th in command.
Snow-Ice was created in a rough hailstorm in the mountains. After forming the Snowman Syndicate, Tuskan recruited Sno-Ice once he realized his potential.

Frozette[edit]
Frozette is the spunky, curious niece of Scrapper and a member of the Snowman Syndicate. Like her uncle, she has a tennis racket, but doesn't carry it all around the time, and only uses it as a weapon in self-defense.
She's the only Snowman Syndicate member to not hate Sensei and the Ninjas. She only joined the Snowman Syndicate because she looks up to her uncle Scrapper and wants to be like him. She says she would've joined Tusk's army with her father Scrap, but her dad said it was too dangerous.
Territories[edit]
Mount Syndicate is a mountain deep within the mountain ranges of Club Penguin Island. Tuskan, Scrapper, Slick, and T.A.N.K. all live here in a cave. This is also the location where the Snowman Syndicate meetings are held.
The Snowtel is a free and surprisingly nice shelter for all members of the Snowman Syndicate, built by Slick and T.A.N.K. after more members joined.
