Mr.Rare is a strange penguin that sells really awesome and rare items.

Background

Mr.Rare first appeared on Awesome Island where he shocked Ben Hun and after a long hour of questions like "HOW DID YOU GET ON MY SUPER SECRET ISLAND!?!?!?!", to which he replied, "That's a secret" to all of them; Ben Hun looked at what he had for sale and decided to buy some "Brain Soap"(the world's only brain washing soap.) After leaving Awesome Island, he appeared at thousands of random locations over Antarctica selling very odd and rare items to all kinds of penguins. In 2009 after Ben Hun's huge journey into the realm of cats, records were given to Ben Hun about a strange electric blue penguin selling rare items in the Cat Realms this was what started the idea that Mister Rare is in fact a super universal penguin.

Today Mr.Rare is still selling rare and really odd items to penguins at random places.

Conspiracy Theory

The following is a huge major leak that is has been deleted by Director Benny many times the odd thing is that it always reappears!

It has been said by many that seeing as its impossible to steal anything from him and that because he has the odd Electric Blue color and can also break the fourth wall and become a voice inside others minds that Str00dels are the greatest thing since Canned Bread. There are many records, proving this including documents of a strange electric blue penguin selling rare items in the Cat Realm that were given to us by Big Cat himself.
