Neevil is an penguin-lich hybrid. He was once a penguin named Witix, who was playing in an snowy field during Operation: Blackout (although, no one was there and no one saw him), and was struck by an unusual lightning (it was green instead of yellow or light blue), and he sank through the ground to the core of the Earth, where he burned and gained the power to be a lich. He has the ability to possess anyone or anything. He is on top of the Darktan's Army (not leader of course), and is known to be the most evil genius there behind Robo-Gary. He and Robo-Gary are great friends.

Powers[edit]
Flying - Neevil can easily fly.
Possessing - Neevil can easily possess other creatures.
Stretching Body - He can change shape, size, age, look, style and anything.
Invisibility - He can easily become invisible. But for goodness sake, he can only use fly power when invisible.
Laser Beam - His eyes can shoot out laser beams.
More eyes - He can get more eyes. The maximum he can have is 12.
Hypnotizing - Neevil can easily hypnotize someone to do what he wants. He uses this less commonly.
Burn on touch - Neevil can burn stuff on touch.
(NEW) Magic - Neevil can cast any single spell without running out of power, and can even make the extinction of all life, but fails to do so.
Creatures possessed by time[edit]
- A crab that is not Klutzy - He possessed the crab in order to escape the EPF Command Room because it was open.
- Patrick Tea - He's hasn't been really possessed, just about half-possessed. He possessed Patrick Tea in order to stop him from defeating him, but failing, Withexx flees.
- Mcdonalds394- Withexx has an X in his name, what else? He was trying to walk him down a 1-story building. Which failed, because there was water at the surface.
The Great Mutant Bang[edit]
November 18th - Witix gets hit by the Slime Thunder, and becomes sick and mutant like.
January 27th - Witix was noticed sick in front of the former EPF agency.
February 4th - Witix speaks up 1 last word: that's "Run!" (with a deep, evil voice) and then he suddenly turns into a mutant, flies up and burns the ceiling of the hospital, which is soon fixed and turned into the lighthouse again.
February 15th - Neevil tries to destroy Snowville.
February 17th - Failing, Neevil only destroys a small broom closet.
March 22nd - Neevil gets new powers and attemps to destroy the whole Sub-Antarctic.
April 5th - Neevil is put asleep by Patrick Tea.
May 5th - Neevil wakes up, to find himself in an crystal orb. He tries to escape, but fails.
May 19th - Neevil almost enters the Multiverse Portal, which would let him dominate the entire Multiverse. He failed after someone stopped him.
June 6th - Tried to kill Patrick Tea by sending him to his dreamscape where he would crack. Patrick defeated Neevil.
July 10th - Formulates a plan to ruin The Fanon Character Gang's vacation and freeze the Earth.
Trivia[edit]
- Neevil once tried to destroy Snowville, and failed, because he only destroyed a little closet.
- Witix lost his beak before he transformed into Neevil, making him look wierd in front of others.
