The airport is located 27 kilometers outside of the city's downtown core.The airport has two terminals, Terminal A and Terminal B. Like most airports in the country, Terminal A is the international terminal and Terminal B is the domestic terminal. Currently eight airlines serve Terminal A and three airlines serve Terminal B. The airport has three runways, Runway 9L/27R (9,500 ft.), Runway 9R/27R (10,000 ft.)and Runway 12/30 (8,700 ft.).The airport is currently a focus city for TerraExpress,and UTA and is also a hub for AirTerra. The airport has one air traffic control tower that is 211 ft. tall, and also has 12 hangars, used mostly for aircraft refurbishment by airlines and also used by the Air Force.
