Omniguqe Holdings is a former holdings company which merged with some fast food companies to form YumYum. The company formerly held Bernard New Developments.

Background

Ermand Versh and Also Mcquishe wanted to form a holdings company to get rich. Thus, they went to South Pole City and created a holdings company in 1996. They first bought Bernard New Developments, which worked successfully. In 1999, they were bought by YumYum.
