Omniversal Administration and Proxy Narration Network

The Omniversal Administration and Proxy Narration Network, abbreviated to OAPNN and often nicknamed The Open Network, is a vast network of computer terminals of varying eras of technology spread across the whole of this wiki's reality. Their job is to relay information from Us and make it reality, as well as keeping everything in line. Each terminal is assigned to a universe, and is contained within an impenetrable vault with so many locks it's not even funny anymore.
Each can have multiple assistance devices attached to it, allowing it to send out more plot at a time or better oversee their assigned universe. They only perform their function directly if there are no such buildings.
