The Republic of Chill Okannigan the Ornetopia, usually shortened to just Okan or Ornetopia, is an island that is near Club Penguin Island, and one of the states of Snowiny. It is a major trade centre that is inhabited by Penguins, Puffles and Fluffs. The island was found in the year 1986, but was not properly governed until 2011. In the year 2002, a giant earthquake hit the island, which formed a huge crack, splitting Fragor City apart and starting the building of the Trans-Fragor Bridge. The island has 26 major cities and 2 provinces: the Malum Province and the Frigus Province.

Pre-Governed[edit]
Okan was first discovered by the exploration team from Club Penguin Island in the year 1986. The captain of the ship, Brown Binks (Orange Yoda's grandfather) self-proclaimed himself the king of the island. They set up various camps around the island (mainly in two places: the place where Hiems City is located, and the location of Freddor Town). Freddor was the original captial of Okan (at this time known as Hyozan) but they went to war with the neighbouring island of Club Penguin Island. They moved the capital from Freddor Town to the location of Frigor City, mainly due to that city being their warship manufacturers.
After the great war, Okan remained a very peaceful island. They joined the Sub-Antarctic Islands, and became partners with the Club Penguin Island, making many penguins and puffles move to Okan.

Post-Governed[edit]
Following the great war, and the death of Red Robyn (due to poisoning), the next-in-line for the kingdom, Orange Yoda, changed Okan to how it is today. The rulers before him always were strict, while Orange Yoda was not. He changed the kingdom from the peasant-filled land to a land of voting, happiness and equilisation. The land had been made peaceful, and Frigor City the new tourist attraction.
On December 1, 2011 (when Orange Yoda became king), an earthquake hit Frigor City and a huge crack formed in the ice, splitting the large city into two pieces. This catastrophe then changed due to Orange Yoda creating "Prime Minister" and "Vice Minister" positions, for people to control the style of living. Orange Yoda then ordered the best architects in Okan to design, and the best workers to build, the Trans-Frigor Bridge. Construction is said to end on April 13, 2012.
Government[edit]
As explained above, until the year 2011, the land of Okan was a monarchy, with only a king as the leader. However, when Orange Yoda became king, he created the jobs of Prime Minister and Vice Minister for the island. They would work alongside the king to have everything as efficient as possible.
